Nice video with a clear explanation through   examples of how individualism can get you personal successes, but to win the ultimate battle, you have to work in a team. Teamwork Teamwork is important, not only whilst at work, but also at assessment centres, especially at the group activities. Remember, when an employer gives you a group task, they will judge you on how you work in a team. The end result of the task is not necessarily the most important thing.
